We help clients take an intentional approach to designing their lives.
If you’ve ever found yourself asking “what am I supposed to be doing with my life?” You’re not alone. Figuring out your purpose isn’t about one big moment of clarity. It’s usually a process of understanding patterns, values, and the things that consistently matter to you.
Meaning To Live Counseling is located in Sandy, Utah and provides in person as well as telehealth services throughout Utah. We use an integrative, evidence-based approach to therapy, drawing from multiple therapeutic models, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
Areas of focus include:

• Anxiety & Depression
• Trauma, EMDR, and Grief
• Men’s Issues & Identity
• Addiction & Recovery
• Relationship & Family Conflict
• Premarital Counseling
• Career & Life Transitions
• Divorce-Related Trauma
We have experience working with firefighters and other first responders, with an understanding of the unique stressors of high-responsibility roles.
Meaning To Live Counseling is currently in network with Select Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, PEHP and EMI Health.

Individual therapy is a space to slow down, gain clarity, and understand what’s actually going on beneath the stress, anxiety, or frustration you’re carrying. Together, we identify patterns that aren’t serving you, build healthier ways of thinking, and develop practical tools you can use in real life. My approach is designed to help you learn how to better navigate your emotional world.
(Self-pay rate $150.00 per hour)

Couples therapy is a place to slow down the patterns that keep you stuck and learn how to communicate in a way that builds connection instead of conflict. We focus on understanding each partner’s experience, improving emotional responsiveness, and strengthening the habits that create safety, trust, and teamwork.
(Self-pay rate $180.00 per hour)
